Hello!
Here are just a couple things I have created this week, and the first one is for the AIF31 challenge which is to create something for Mother's, how easy is that? And there is a nice prize for one random winner. Check it out!
I watercolored the image with Tombow markers and a waterbrush.
RECIPE:
- IMAGE: Mother's Day Watering Can from AIFactory
- PAPER: watercolor, CDS tangelo smoothie, CDS sweet pea, Su orange for base
- INK: Tombow markers 126, 933, 990, 985, 245
- ACCENTS/TOOLS: Waterbrush, Spellbinders nestabilities dies, sewing machine, CDS sweet pea ribbon, glue dots, foam pop dots, Basic grey pearls
....................NEXT CARD....................
My next creation is using Harold & Fred image from Doodle Pantry. He is just a funny looking little duck with a really big head, LOL. When I drew Harold as a freebie, I needed a very simplistic and silly looking duck for a particular card I was working on, so the beady eyes and big head were needed to achieve that look. And then I thought he needed a little friend, so Harold & Fred emerged from that.
This image has been colored and sitting on my desk for about 2 months now, and I just finally finished him up. I watercolored the image with Tombow markers and a waterbrush.
RECIPE:
- IMAGE: Harold and Fred from Doodle Pantry
- PAPER: watercolor, bermuda bay, Basic grey ambrosia and lemonade, orange
- INK: Tombow markers 985, 925, 703, 245, 373, 173, 491
- ACCENTS/TOOLS: Waterbrush, Spellbinders nestabilities dies, sewing machine, CDS tangelo smoothie ribbon, glue dots, foam pop dots, cheap buttons from walmart, linen thread, white gel pen
