Hello!
Here's a card I made to enter the next Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge #44 this week. I didn't win last weeks prizes, but it's a new week, so had to try again. This week was to be inspired by a LOVELY photo of threads, fabric and buttons in a lovely color palette and use one of Mo's images.
I thought the golfer guy would look pretty awesome in the colors, so off I went to color. The photo had dark pink in it, and just a TINY bit of red buttons, so I chose
to eliminate pink from my man card and use the red instead.
I watercolored him using a waterbrush and Tombow markers. I printed him on 90 lb. watercolor paper using a laser printer. I cut linen thread into 3/4" lengths and used a piece of sticky strip to stick them onto, inbetween my red and kiwi layers. Then I sewed around the panel to make sure it all stuck together.
