I've got two things to show you today from KLM Digital Designs. The first is this cute otter and the other below is my entry for the Papertake Weekly Challenge. SCROLL DOWN FOR PAPERTAKE CARD.
*********************
As soon as I saw this otter image, I just HAD to have him because of all the otter puns that started going through my head to use with him. (I'm sharing these freely!)
- You're otter this world
- You're like no otter
- Love one an-otter
- Otter-ly terrific news
- We otter get together soon
- Just an-otter birthday
Now don't you want to get him too? Really, you otter get him. **SNORT**
I watercolored him with a waterbrush and Tombow markers (I just realized I have mispelling Tombow for the past 2 weeks!) and added white gel pen to the puddles of water he stands in. Typed up sentiment on my computer and printed on plain white cardstock.
RECIPE:
- IMAGE: Otter, KLM Digital Designs, computer generated sentiment
- CS/PAPER: watercolor, pacific point, chocolate, white, Basic grey marrakech
- INK: Tombow markers 772, 942, 228, 535, 899, 947
- ACCENTS/TOOLS: circle nestabilities, oval punches, primas, SU button, white bitty brad, twine, sewing machine, waterbrush, satin ribbon, grosgrain ribbon, white gel pen
********************PAPERTAKE WEEKLY CHALLENGE CARD*******************
This cuddly little bear is holding a valentine heart that you can stamp in or type your own sentiment in before printing. I printed several of him so that I could cutout and pop up the arms and head. I typed in a sentiment on the heart before printing him out on Canson 90 lb. watercolor paper.
He fits the Papertake Weekly challenge, I think, to be a predominantly pink card. And this weeks sponsor for the Papertake weekly is KLM Digital Designs too. One random winner of participants will win 3 free digital images.
RECIPE:
- IMAGE: Valentine's bear KLM Digital Designs, computer generated sentiment
- CS/PAPER: watercolor, saffron, pink, white, Basic grey two scoops
- INK: saffron, pink, Tombow markers 990, 850, 020, 947, 991, 772
- ACCENTS/TOOLS: circle nestabilities, snips, stickles, waterbrush, sponge, border punch, pearls, saffron grosgrain, pink gingham, sewing machine
