Of course, I just have to share pictures him because I think he is adorable! I just now found out there IS internet at the hospital and I leave in the morning...... LOL.
OK, so here he is... little Wyatt.
Picture is a tad fuzzy since my husband took it with my cell phone.
And of course here is BIG SISTER with her little bro... she loves him already! She talks about him ALL the time... and to ANYONE who will listen!
I might have to go home empty handed tomorrow and leave him in the NICU... he was 2-1/2 weeks early and just couldn't quite get all the fluid stuff out of his lungs, so they need to keep him until he can clear that up. All other vitals on him are just perfect!
It's just hard to see him with a feeding tube in his nose and an IV in the side of his head, not to mention that I don't get to feed him... they can't risk him taking more fluids down into the lungs.
They say this is quite normal for early boys, and some babies get over it quicker than others, so they just have to keep him until they are confident the stuff is gone. I sure hope I can have him at home by Wednesday!
Anyway, I know this post wasn't about stamping, but he is something that will keep me stamping, so it's a little related. Thanks for all you who have already given me well wishes, wow, it is just so sweet of you and I am touched anyone out there cares, especially people I haven't even met. THANK YOU!!
I hope to be sharing stamping again by August, so I sure hope you'll check back then!
Stamping hugs
Laurie

Delurking...
Thank you for sharing! Both of my kids were preemies (30 and 33 weeks)- so I remember all too well that car ride home without my babies. Hang in there, though- those tubes will soon be gone, and you'll be enjoying your sweet little one at home before you know it.
And... a silly side note to make you smile... they actually make scrapbooking sticker sets for the NICU. ;)
Congratulations!

Oh Laurie, these photos brought tears to my eyes! What lovely gifts from the Heavenly Father! Wyatt IS adorable! And love that one-eyed "Popeye" look! LOL And Abigail is equally ADORABLE holding her new baby brother! You'll have many reasons to place those precious moments in time in a scrapbook and/or card! I will be praying Wyatt will be strong and healthy enough to come home soon! And of course we care! We love you! Get some rest...talk to you soon!
Hugs,
Linda
